Overview
ZEER Core Module Gasification
Our proprietary ZEER Core Module represents a fundamental rethinking of waste conversion infrastructure. Unlike combustion-based systems, gasification converts organic materials into synthesis gas (syngas) through thermal decomposition in an oxygen-limited environment—producing clean, combustible fuel without burning.
The result is continuous, utility-grade power generation with near-zero emissions and no combustion byproducts.

How it works
From Waste to Power
Step 1 - Collection
Local waste is gathered through a single-bin system and pre-processed for optimal conversion.
Step 2 - Gasification
Prepared feedstock enters modular gasification units, converting waste into clean syngas with minimal emissions.
Step 3 - Power Generation
Syngas fuels high-efficiency generators producing continuous, utility-grade electricity.
Step 4 - Environmental Impact
Landfill diversion, stockpile elimination, carbon credit generation, and measurable long-term environmental benefits.
