3.2. No Technical or Performance Guarantees

3.2.1. The technologies, systems, process flows, and solutions described on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only. Regenesis Power makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees express or implied regarding the technical performance, efficiency, output, emissions levels, financial returns, or suitability of any technology, system, or solution referenced on the Site.

3.2.2. All performance data, environmental figures, illustrations, and case studies are conceptual, indicative, or based on controlled conditions, and may not reflect actual results in real-world applications. Actual performance depends on numerous variables, including feedstock quality, site conditions, regulatory requirements, operational expertise, and third-party factors beyond our control.

3.3. Proposals, Quotes, and Feasibility Documents

3.3.1. Any proposal, quotation, return-on-investment (ROI) projection, feasibility assessment, or similar document provided by ReGenesis (“Preliminary Documents”) is strictly non-binding and furnished solely for initial evaluation purposes. Preliminary Documents do not constitute engineering designs, technical commitments, commercial offers, or guarantees of project viability.

3.3.2. All such documents are subject to additional due diligence, engineering studies, site assessments, regulatory reviews, and updated data prior to any implementation. ReGenesis reserves the right to modify, amend, or withdraw Preliminary Documents at any time based on new information or changing conditions.

3.3.3. ReGenesis shall not be liable for any decisions, investments, project actions, or reliance made by any party based on Preliminary Documents or indicative data contained therein.

3.3.4. Parties should rely only on final, executed agreements, detailed engineering designs, validated technical studies, site-specific assessments, and any formally issued documentation expressly designated by ReGenesis as final and binding.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

4.1. ReGenesis retains all right, title, and interest in and to its proprietary materials, including without limitation:

4.1.1. Technologies and innovations
4.1.2. Designs, schematics, drawings, and engineering concepts
4.1.3. System architecture and technical frameworks
4.1.4. Software, firmware, algorithms, and digital tools
4.1.5. Trademarks, logos, trade dress, and brand assets
4.1.6. Technical calculations, formulas, models, and methodologies
4.1.7. Patented and patent-pending technologies
4.1.8. Proprietary renewable-energy processes and know-how

4.2. You shall not:

4.2.1. Reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any ReGenesis Content
4.2.2. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any diagrams, tools, or calculations
4.2.3. Use or integrate any ReGenesis Technology in competing products or services
4.2.4. Present, claim, or misrepresent any ReGenesis concepts as your own
4.2.5. Circumvent, remove, or interfere with any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

4.3. Unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal liability.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE

5.1. Confidential Nature of Information.

All information provided by ReGenesis is confidential, regardless of labeling.

5.2. User Obligations:

5.2.1. Maintain strict confidentiality
5.2.2. No disclosure without written consent
5.2.3. Use only for evaluating ReGenesis services
5.2.4. Apply same protection as own confidential info

5.3. No reverse-engineering or derivative work from Confidential Information.

5.4. Sensitive projects may require a formal NDA.

5.5. Unauthorized misuse may result in liability.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You may not:

6.1.1. Interfere with or disrupt the Site
6.1.2. Attempt unauthorized access
6.1.3. Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
6.1.4. Copy or use data for competitive purposes
6.1.5. Upload malware
6.1.6. Violate IP rights

The Client acknowledges regulatory requirements.
ReGenesis is not responsible for:

8.3.2. Non-compliance
8.3.3. Misuse of technology
8.3.4. Incorrect info from Client
8.3.5. Environmental violations

Client must indemnify and defend ReGenesis for related claims.

9. NO ENVIRONMENTAL OR LEGAL WARRANTY

ReGenesis does not guarantee:

9.1.1. Government approvals
9.1.2. Zero emissions
9.1.3. Regulatory acceptance
9.1.4. EIA clearance
9.1.5. Carbon credit eligibility
9.1.6. Bid qualification
9.1.7. Legal compliance

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, RISK, AND INDEMNITY

10.1. Liability limited to the amount paid
10.2. No indirect or consequential damages
10.3. Customer indemnifies ReGenesis for third-party claims
10.4. Risk transfers upon delivery
10.5. Customer is responsible for insurance
10.6. No liability for improper use, storage, or non-compliance
10.7. Mutual indemnity unless otherwise agreed

11. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The Site and content are provided “AS IS” with no warranties of any kind.

12. DATA PRIVACY & INFORMATION HANDLING

ReGenesis may collect operational and project data.
No selling of personal data.

13. SITE SECURITY & CYBER RISK

ReGenesis does not guarantee absolute cybersecurity.

14. PROHIBITED USES

15. FORCE MAJEURE

Delays due to uncontrollable events are excused.

16. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Arizona law governs.
Binding AAA arbitration applies.

17. TERMINATION

ReGenesis may suspend or terminate access for violations.

18. CHANGES TO TERMS

Terms may be updated anytime without notice.
